Senior Onsite Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite execution of medium and large-scale events
• Act as the main operational reference point during live events
• Coordinate and lead onsite staff including coordinators, temporary staff, and suppliers
• Proactively identify and correct underperformance in real time
• Ensure processes and tools are correctly applied onsite
• Act as the main point of contact for partners during event execution
• Work closely with Strategic Event Managers to translate operational plans into real-world execution

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in live event operations, hospitality, or similar onsite-heavy roles
• Proven experience managing teams in real-time environments
• Strong track record in delivering high-quality execution under pressure
• Execution-focused mindset with a strong presence
• Detail-oriented and decisive in live situations
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale or high-complexity events
• Familiarity with operational tools such as ticketing, access control, and POS
