Senior Online Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, roadmap management, and delivery of features for customer-facing payments and FX platforms
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, ROI, customer impact, and technical feasibility
• Conduct product discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder workshops, and market research
• Lead Agile execution, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and writing user stories/acceptance criteria
• Partner with UX/UI designers, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver user-centric solutions
• Define success metrics and KPIs, monitoring post-launch performance and adoption trends
• Perform competitive analysis to identify emerging trends within the payments ecosystem

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B Payments, FinTech, or related financial technology sectors
• Proven experience managing customer-facing, front-end digital products
• Expertise in leading Agile product development teams using Scrum methodology
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
