About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer contact providing clinical knowledge of oncology products to medical professionals
- Create and execute comprehensive territory sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Manage accounts by ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales within the territory
- Analyze business effectiveness and territory data to develop strategic plans with the District Manager
- Partner with internal colleagues to share best practices and maintain continuous learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field
- OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field
- OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oncology
- Three or more years of sales or marketing experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
- Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, or inflammation
- Local market knowledge of the Tacoma, Spokane, WA, and Coeur d'Alene, ID areas
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
