About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer contact providing clinical knowledge of oncology products to medical professionals
- Create and execute comprehensive territory plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Deliver branded sales messages and execute planned medical educational programs
- Manage accounts by ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining contracts
- Analyze business effectiveness and territory data to develop strategic plans with the District Manager
- Partner with colleagues to share best practices and maintain continuous learning in the oncology space
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field
- OR Associate degree with 6 years of sales or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field
- OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of sales or clinical experience in a healthcare/scientific field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oncology
- Three or more years of sales or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
- Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, or inflammation
- Local market knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
