About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer contact and liaison to medical professionals, providing comprehensive clinical knowledge of oncology products.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver branded sales messages and execute planned medical educational programs.
  • Manage accounts by ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive territory sales.
  • Analyze business effectiveness and territory data to develop strategic plans with the District Manager.
  • Partner with internal colleagues to share best practices and maintain continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience, OR
  • Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience, OR
  • High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three or more years of sales or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries.
  • Experience in oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, or inflammation.
  • Local market knowledge of the Columbus, Ohio area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
  • Strong competencies in planning, organizing, and communicating with impact.
