Senior Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for assigned strategic and national accounts, guiding partners from signed deals to successful launches
• Drive a pipeline of partner launches with clear timelines, strong follow-through, and consistent communication
• Serve as the primary post-signature partner contact to maintain momentum and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience
• Translate partnership terms and technical setup needs into clear onboarding plans and actionable internal workflows
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to execute partner-specific needs
• Create and maintain partner-facing materials including webinar decks, launch trackers, and training content
• Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene and document onboarding status, requirements, and risks
• Identify process gaps and build scalable templates and best practices to improve speed and quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an external-facing role, ideally within B2B/B2C technology, marketplaces, or high-growth startups
• Proven experience managing complex partner or client onboarding involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment with limited oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior-level audiences
• A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
