Senior Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage customer intake and onboarding processes, keeping brokers updated on paperwork developments
• Generate reports to track revenues and customer activity
• Oversee bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly P&L
• Maintain and organize financial data to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable exchanges
• Adhere to the operational risk framework and escalate risk events immediately
• Act as a role model for company values, integrity, and professional conduct

Requirements

• 2-10 years of experience in Onboarding, KYC, or AML (candidates outside this range will still be considered)
• Experience working within a sales environment
• Strong accounting and financial knowledge
• Knowledge of regulatory risk and compliance requirements in a regulated environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data management and financial reporting
• Ability to work strategically and anticipate future operational challenges
