Senior On-Site Quality Assurance Technician - Finished Goods

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of On-Site Quality Assurance Technicians to prevent, control, and remediate quality non-conformances during production.
• Manage the execution and review of pre-production meetings and the approval of pre-production/TOP samples.
• Oversee the remediation of non-conformances, including root-cause analysis and rectifying impacted units.
• Monitor vendor quality controls through physical inline and final random inspections and audit data.
• Manage the resolution of supplier quality issues in accordance with the Corrective Action, Preventative Action (CAPA) system.
• Train and direct vendor-dedicated quality control staff to ensure production success.
• Act as the in-country representative for global supplier quality and the lululemon brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in apparel factory environments.
• 5+ years of progressive people management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, testing, machinery, and inspection processes.
• Ability to analyze quality assurance data and trends to recommend corrective actions.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
