Senior OMP Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement cutting-edge OMP digital supply chain planning solutions
• Configure and tailor functionalities including pyramids, conflicts, and dashboards
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-deployment support
• Facilitate client workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Deliver user training and change management support
• Integrate OMP with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle using SQL for data validation
• Guide UAT and cutover activities to ensure stable go-lives
• Coach client teams and contribute to internal expertise development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or digital transformation
• OMP certification and proven experience with OMP implementations
• Strong knowledge of supply chain domains such as forecasting, S&OP, and DRP
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and SQL
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG or life sciences industries
• Fluency in French
• Familiarity with AI/ML in supply chain planning
