Senior Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform line clearance of areas and equipment to ensure compliance with checklists.
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within production and packaging departments.
• Verify critical process parameters as defined in Batch Process records.
• Conduct in-process testing, sampling, and supervision of running batches.
• Manage sampling and release of products, including blends, bulk, stability samples, and finished goods.
• Inspect overprinted details on foils, cartons, labels, and stereo impressions for packing approval.
• Perform inspection of finished packed goods and bulk release using SAP HANA/LIMS.
• Review essential documentation including BMR, BPR, scrap material records, and logbooks.
• Identify and report gaps, abnormal conditions, or deviations to supervisors.
• Implement current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and EHS practices.

Requirements

• B.Pharma degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in IPQA or Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proficiency with SAP HANA or LIMS systems.
