Senior Officer, Security & Governance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an advanced information security framework aligned with Zero Trust Architecture
• Manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure compliance with GDPR, NESA, NCA ECC, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
• Execute security policies, standards, and procedures in conjunction with the Security Committee
• Conduct security risk analysis and maintain a comprehensive risk management program
• Develop and maintain incident management and threat intelligence programs using SIEM and SOAR
• Lead the design, deployment, and management of network security infrastructure and secure remote access solutions
• Perform cloud security gap assessments and define enterprise security architectures for multi-cloud environments
• Conduct company-wide data classification assessments and security audits
• Deliver security training and awareness programs to employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cyber Security
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in information security, operations, governance, risk management, and compliance
• Expertise in SIEM, SOAR, IAM, and DevSecOps frameworks
• Deep technical knowledge of Next-Gen Firewalls, Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Splunk, IBM QRadar, Azure Security Center, AWS Security Hub, or GCP Security Command Center
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of IT governance and project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT Management with a focus on Security and Governance
