Senior Officer - Material Fulfilment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue kitting bins according to engine build schedules, including material picking, staging, and physical verification.
• Support labeling, packing, and transfer of materials to designated warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain and update system entries for kitting completion, stock transfers, and material movements using Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Participate in cycle counts and stock verification activities to identify mismatches and report low stock levels.
• Coordinate internal material movement logistics and monitor kit flow to identify and report bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols, safety standards, and proper storage conditions.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to support their development and operational excellence.
• Escalate damaged or non-conforming materials for further review and action.

Requirements

• Diploma or vocational qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and ERP systems such as Oracle.
• Familiarity with kitting procedures, lean practices, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet tight production deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience within the Aviation or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) industry.
