Senior Officer - Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in line with contract terms, pricing agreements, and tax regulations
• Follow up on outstanding balances, escalate overdue accounts, and ensure timely payment collection
• Reconcile customer accounts, apply incoming payments, and resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports, support month-end closing activities, and assist with cash flow and VAT reporting
• Maintain accurate transaction records and support audits with required documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or an equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Experience using ERP systems and online financial platforms
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and effective communication skills
