Senior Officer, Casual Workforce Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide high level administrative support to College Services operations, focusing on scheduling, rostering, timesheet processing, and contracting of casual academic staff
• Contribute to the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of systems, policies, and procedures
• Interpret and provide guidance on relevant policies and procedures
• Prepare technical and operational reports
• Liaise with key stakeholders and departments to support continuous improvement of university policies

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in high-level administrative support
• Experience in a higher education environment preferred
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organizational capability and ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong research and analytical skills for report preparation
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database administration
