Senior Officer - Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Review supplier invoices and supporting documents to confirm receipt of goods and services
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and vendors to resolve invoice disputes and discrepancies
• Enter invoices into the ERP system for accurate payment processing
• Process payments in compliance with the COSO framework and Delegation of Authority
• Assist with month-end closing, including accrual preparations and vendor statement reconciliations
• Provide accounts payable aging and cash flow reports to management
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive efficiency and control improvements
• Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or a related discipline
• Semi-qualified or qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems and online financial platforms
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
