About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of office operations, facilities, and equipment maintenance to ensure a professional environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including government officials and service providers.
- Oversee procurement of goods and services, including SAP entry, vendor management, and budget reconciliation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Liaise with ministries (MoF, MoFA) regarding staff onboarding, visas, official correspondence, and diplomatic logistics.
- Serve as the Security Focal Point, coordinating crisis management plans and standard operating procedures.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Country Manager, including complex calendar management and drafting correspondence.
- Organize and execute logistics for missions, workshops, and events, including venue arrangements and IT setup.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative and office management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within international or governmental organizations.
- Experience providing administrative support to high-level executive management.
