Senior Odoo Implementer

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations across multiple modules
• Conduct business analysis sessions, including process mapping (as-is / to-be) and identifying improvement opportunities
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions through configuration, customization, or workarounds
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and functional documentation
• Configure and customize Odoo modules including Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and HR
• Collaborate with developers by translating requirements into clear functional specifications
• Lead UAT sessions, manage feedback, and ensure successful go-live
• Handle data migration activities including data validation and accuracy checks
• Deliver client training sessions and prepare user documentation
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
• Support pre-sales activities including demos and proof-of-concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• 3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience across multiple modules
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Manufacturing
• Proven experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
• Experience working in client-facing roles and leading workshops
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo Certification (Functional or Technical)
• Experience with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, Python, or XML
• Background in other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in the Education sector
• Familiarity with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN
