About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced Occupational Therapy interventions in clinic and community settings
- Drive innovation in service models and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide specialist consultation for complex cases involving adolescents and adults
- Mentor junior therapists and provide supervision to students
- Contribute to service development and research initiatives to improve client outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Expertise in evidence-based interventions for physical and intellectual disability
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
