About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualised intervention plans for patients with neurological conditions
- Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to set realistic goals and monitor progress
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote functional recovery and independence
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care reviews and service development
Requirements
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in neurological rehabilitation and complex care
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
