Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform safety visits and coaching for managers
• Provide occupational health and safety (PRL) training and participate in personnel training plans
• Investigate accidents and HIPO events to foster a safety culture
• Manage prevention documentation including annual planning, procedures, and instructions
• Support the implementation of management systems and participate in audits
• Participate in Occupational Health and Safety Committees
• Manage relationships with Mutua and SPA regarding accident rates and medical check-ups
• Use and disseminate corporate tools such as Acciline+, Prodity, and Coordyna
• Manage the coordination of business activities

Requirements

• University Degree plus an official Master's in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
