Senior NVM Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in application code development, validation, and optimization of next-generation Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) technologies.
• Perform technology and Intellectual Property (I.P.) debug, characterization, and optimization to meet performance and reliability targets.
• Support NVM applications across automotive, microcontrollers, security, machine learning, and IoT sectors.
• Contribute to I.P. definition, patent opportunities, and technology development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including device, design, verification, product/test, and reliability engineers.
• Develop infrastructure and methodologies to support customer applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Validation, Verification, DfT, or Test Engineering.
• Proficiency in software development using C/C++, Ruby, Python, or LabVIEW.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working with Memory IP or memory technology.
• Experience with Automated Testers (Ultraflex), NI, and various bench equipment.
• Proficiency with JMP statistical software.
