Senior Nuclear Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases including offers, feasibility, design, execution, and testing
• Technical exchange with clients and analysis of technical and commercial tenders
• Build and present technical-commercial proposals tailored to client needs
• Manage commercial, technical, and financial aspects while respecting quality, deadlines, and costs
• Lead and pilot multidisciplinary internal and external teams using performance tools (KPIs)
• Elaborate and monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize business profitability
• Ensure project execution complies with safety, security, quality, and contractual obligations
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize actions
• Conduct post-project feedback and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Engineering or generalist university degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering studies and project management
• Proven experience in operational management and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of the nuclear environment (fuel cycle or decommissioning experience is a plus)
• Technical proficiency in civil engineering, geotechnics, electricity, or ventilation
• Mastery of project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera
• Strong leadership, stress resistance, and communication skills
