Senior NPI Program Manager - Datacenter Server Products

Responsibilities

• Drive system software releases to enable the production of new datacenter server systems
• Provide up-to-date software readiness updates to cross-functional team members
• Plan hardware, firmware, and software requirements to ensure successful product outcomes
• Prioritize the resolution of critical issues related to firmware and platform bring-up
• Collaborate with Software, Hardware, Firmware, Marketing, and Operations leaders to achieve Time-To-Market goals
• Perform mid-program or post-mortem analysis to drive process improvements and NPI productivity

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a similar or related program management role
• Hands-on experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), specifically for device drivers and applications
• Proven experience in product bring-up
• Experience working effectively within a matrix-managed organization
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Tableau, or Smartsheets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or Computer Science (CS)
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data center systems, standards, and deployment
• Experience independently delivering complex technical products
• Knowledge of GPUs and NICs
• Experience using Agile tools in a professional environment
