Senior NPI Materials Program Manager

About the Company

Mytra is creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for this $1T market, focusing on the supply chain industry first.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level clear-to-build and ensure builds happen with the right parts, quality, and timing
• Drive program-level supplier and internal supply-chain readiness to achieve clear-to-build
• Develop processes, dashboards, and systems for material readiness reporting
• Manage the material impact of all ECOs end to end
• Drive cross-functional resolution of sourcing and incoming-inspection problems
• Partner across the Operations org to develop scalable materials and supply-chain processes

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience with program-level clear-to-build and materials readiness for complex hardware
• Experience managing large, multi-hundred-line BOMs through E/D/PVT into ramp
• Deep knowledge of supplier readiness, FAI/PPAP, incoming quality (IQC), and ECO impact
• Proficiency with PLM, ERP, and MRP systems
• Experience building materials or supply-readiness processes from scratch
• BS in Supply Chain, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting transitions to contract manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with robotics, warehouse automation, or complex electromechanical hardware
• Background managing shortage and clear-to-build through high ECO churn in early-stage hardware environments
