Responsibilities

• Welcoming potential clients to our portfolio of display homes
• Opening and closing display homes and maintaining high presentation standards
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments
• Providing general assistance to the sales team and acting as backup at Display Homes
• Assisting with and organizing all new display village launches
• Performing sales administration duties and tasks as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a successful New Homes Sales Consultant
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
• Proactive approach to selling and a passion for sales
• Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
• Unlimited Australian work rights
• Ability to interview in person

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the home building industry
• Sales and administration background
• Ability to break down quotes and communicate benefits to customers
