About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support for a Tier 2 Network Operations Center (NOC)
- Maintain ownership of network devices across 90+ global locations
- Drive innovation and roadmap direction for processes, equipment, and configurations
- Lead escalation support including diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution
- Perform Root Cause Determination (RCA) leadership and network documentation
- Conduct network assessments and generate monthly reports
Requirements
- Strong architectural skills with Cisco DMVPN technologies expertise
- Experience with Xirrus wireless arrays
- Proficiency in Network Routing and Switching
- Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols
- Experience with Cisco WAN DMVPN and Cisco devices
- Enterprise Wireless expertise
- Ability to work in the Washington Metro area with occasional local travel
- Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance
