Senior Network Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Engineer, design, and implement Comply-to-Connect (C2C) deployment support
• Manage appliances, servers, and supporting infrastructure
• Coordinate with network service providers to maintain architecture diagrams
• Evaluate and recommend technology upgrades for performance and standardization
• Monitor and investigate C2C performance and faults
• Support Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities for system accreditation

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of additional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Information Systems Security or Cyber Engineering
• Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments and data center environments
• Experience deploying firewalls, IPS, Anti-Virus, and network management systems
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, TCP/IP, 802.1x, and network security concepts
• IAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) or ability to obtain within 6 months

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP certification
• Experience implementing vendor-agnostic C2C capabilities in DoD environments
• Proficiency with Cisco ISE, Nmap, Nessus, and tcpdump
• Knowledge of Shell, Perl, and XML Scripting for automation
