Senior Network Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve logical data and security networks including edge routers, core switches, and firewalls
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium and high-complexity network incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Provide L1/L2/L3 network support to customers and internal teams while maintaining network documentation

Requirements

• Cisco CCNA certification
• Solid understanding of BGP, OSPF, and Layer 2/3 protocols
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Juniper, Fortinet, or Huawei
• Background in ISP, data center, or large-scale infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana
