Senior Network Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement new network projects and solutions in Data Centers and Cloud services (Google, Azure) across LATAM.
• Provide Level 3 support for Routing and Switching, Cisco Nexus, and Cisco ACI infrastructure.
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets for new network implementations.
• Analyze and propose Data Center solutions based on global standards to meet regional requirements.
• Ensure network topologies comply with architectural standards, regulatory policies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to transition projects to the operational model and provide documentation/training to maintenance teams.
• Lead technically complex projects by developing detailed work plans, scheduling resources, and monitoring progress.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Senior Network Implementation roles (financial services experience is highly desirable).
• CCNP or CCIE certification in routing, switching, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, and Cloud.
• Proficiency in Cisco technologies (Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K, Catalyst, ISR2/ASR-X) and IWAN.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud routing and switching (Google Cloud, Azure) and protocols including OSPF, BGP, Fabric Path, VPC, and VLAN.
• Proven experience with WAN technologies such as MPLS, T1/T3, Metro Ethernet, and VPLS.
• Expertise in network standards including VLAN, STP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, and Wireshark.
• Automation and scripting skills for efficient service implementation.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
