About the role
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise network upgrades, migrations, re-IP projects, and infrastructure lifecycle improvements
- Configure, troubleshoot, and validate switching, routing, firewall, VLAN, subnet, and IP addressing changes
- Support core network services including DHCP, DNS, IPAM, and infrastructure monitoring
- Perform network infrastructure assessments, audits, and inventory management
- Create and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams, rack elevations, and cabling layouts
- Support rack, cabling, and power infrastructure projects
- Configure and integrate UPS, PDU, and SNMP-based monitoring solutions
- Coordinate implementation activities with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Participate in maintenance windows, migration activities, and post-implementation support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, and Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise switching platforms
- Experience supporting firewall environments, security policies, and NAT
- Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing
- Experience with physical infrastructure including racks, structured cabling, UPS systems, and PDUs
- Ability to produce accurate technical documentation and network diagrams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
- Palo Alto Networks certification or experience with Panorama
- Experience with enterprise IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions
- Experience with SNMP-based monitoring and alerting tools
- Proficiency with Notion and Lucidchart for documentation
- Exposure to network automation, scripting, or APIs
