Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, manage, and optimize global network infrastructure across corporate and manufacturing locations.
• Support complex LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Firewall, and wireless infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues involving BGP, SD-WAN, VLAN, Spanning Tree, and security protocols.
• Partner with Security and Cyber Defense teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain high security standards.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network incidents and service requests according to SLAs.
• Create and maintain complex network documentation and diagrams.
• Lead and participate in IT projects and scheduled maintenance window activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience deploying and operating large-scale global enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of L2/L3 protocols including OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree, and TCP/IP.
• Hands-on experience in a multi-vendor environment, specifically with Arista and Cisco.
• Deep expertise with NextGen firewalls, IPSEC VPN, and security policies.
• Proficiency in network automation and configuration management using Git and Ansible.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
• Working knowledge of Wireless technologies and Infoblox (DDI).
• Experience with data center networking technologies.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
