Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design scalable leaf-spine networks using Mellanox switches with Cumulus Linux and Juniper hardware
• Perform configuration, upgrades, and deep troubleshooting of Juniper and NVIDIA/Cumulus devices
• Implement programmable network designs using controller-based platforms (SDN)
• Support Kubernetes networking using CNIs such as Calico, Cilium, or Kube-OVN
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and Python automation for configuration and provisioning
• Implement observability tools using SNMP, sFlow, and gRPC
• Lead L3/L4 network incident response and root cause analysis
• Engage with internal stakeholders and enterprise customers as a technical expert

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in networking, with 3–5 years supporting HPC/AI or GPU-based infrastructure
• Experience with multi-region backbone networks, transit/peering, and high-availability design
• Strong understanding of BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, and Data Centre Interconnects (DCI)
• Proficiency with Kubernetes networking and container-based infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Python
• Experience with Mellanox Ethernet switches and Juniper PTX/SRX platforms
• Strong Linux CLI and scripting proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as JNCIE or CCIE
• Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity (AWS/Azure Direct Connect)
• Exposure to observability platforms like Grafana, Prometheus, or InfluxDB
