Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on new data center and colocation initiatives, WAN routing optimization, and cross-team design projects
• Interface with stakeholders to assess business needs and develop innovative network features
• Lead reactive support tasks and proactive infrastructure improvements
• Explore AI/ML-driven enhancements to streamline operations and improve service quality
• Scale team infrastructure while maintaining high standards for performance and reliability
• Document solutions and processes to enhance team efficiency

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience operating and deploying network infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience dedicated to ground-up network design
• Deep experience with routing and network protocols (OSPF, BGP, PIM-SM)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting transport protocols (TCP/UDP)
• Comfortable operating in Linux environments
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Strong inclination toward automation and AI/ML approaches
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to overlay networks (EVPN, VXLAN)
