Responsibilities
- Collaborate on new data centre and colocation initiatives, WAN routing optimisation, and cross-team design projects
- Interface with stakeholders to assess business needs and develop innovative network features
- Lead reactive support tasks and proactive infrastructure improvements
- Explore AI/ML-driven enhancements to streamline operations and improve service quality
- Document solutions and processes to enhance team efficiency and troubleshooting
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience operating and deploying network infrastructure
- 3+ years of experience in ground-up network design
- Deep experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, PIM-SM)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting transport protocols (TCP/UDP)
- Comfortable operating in Linux environments
- Proficient in at least one programming language
- Strong inclination toward automation and AI/ML approaches
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to overlay networks (EVPN, VXLAN)
