Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support LAN (Cisco/Aruba), WAN, and WLAN (Aruba) infrastructure
• Engineer and troubleshoot network security systems including SSL VPN, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewalls
• Provide end-to-end engineering support from endpoints to Cloud Data Centers (Azure/OCI/GCP)
• Lead triage for high-severity incidents (P1/P2) and perform root cause analysis
• Use automation and scripting for troubleshooting and administrative tasks
• Manage scheduled and emergency maintenance of network infrastructure
• Create and maintain network documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, and Jira

Requirements

• 8+ years of network technology experience
• 3+ years of experience in retail environments working with store cast
• 3+ years of experience with Layer 7 Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud networking (Azure preferred)
• Proficiency with Aruba wireless and Aruba ClearPass
• Experience with load balancers such as F5
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Ansible, or PowerShell
• Experience using Splunk and SolarWinds for data analysis
• Knowledge of integrating LLMs via APIs and prompt engineering
