Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of IT infrastructure and network engineering project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, and risk assessment.
• Interface directly with clients to define IT project requirements, prepare scopes of work, and develop cost estimates.
• Lead project delivery teams by providing guidance and direction to achieve complex technical goals.
• Implement communication plans, project documentation governance, and change management routines.
• Identify and mitigate complex project risks through constructability reviews and contingency planning.
• Monitor project progress against approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct financial and business analysis, including the preparation of detailed reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret (TS) federal security clearance.
• 8+ years of related experience and/or training in network engineering or IT infrastructure.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business and IT documents.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to forecast and prepare budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, CAD, and Visio.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and network diagrams.
• Experience in developing strategic solutions within a matrix-based environment.
