Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise, data center, and manufacturing network architectures including LAN/WLAN, WAN/SD-WAN, and routing/switching
• Build network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and device APIs to standardize provisioning and configuration management
• Apply AI/ML and AIOps to network monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated root-cause analysis
• Manage cloud and hybrid-cloud networking across AWS and Azure, including VPC/VNet design and connectivity
• Implement network security controls including next-generation firewalls, NAC, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
• Deploy and operate network monitoring and observability stacks using telemetry, NetFlow, and Grafana
• Support high-performance networking for compute/GPU clusters and storage networking (RDMA/RoCE/InfiniBand)
• Lead technical design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally with IT and manufacturing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise, data center, or cloud environments
• Deep expertise in routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, VXLAN)
• Hands-on automation experience with Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Git
• Practical experience applying AI/ML or AIOps tools to network operations
• Experience with cloud networking on AWS and/or Azure
• Proficiency with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Fortinet platforms
• Experience with data center compute/GPU clusters and storage networking (SAN/NAS, iSCSI, NVMe-oF)

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP / CCIE or AWS/Azure networking certifications
• Experience with AI/ML-driven platforms like Cisco DNA Center or Juniper Mist AI
• Experience with SD-WAN and SASE/SSE solutions
• Experience with manufacturing or OT/IT converged networks
• Proven track record of leading NetDevOps transformations at scale
