Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 operations engineering expertise for large, complex enterprise LAN and WAN clients.
• Architect and deploy enterprise-scale firewall solutions using Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms.
• Manage policy management within FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Investigate network issues and incidents to ensure resolution within stated SLA parameters.
• Perform network troubleshooting, packet captures, and use diagnostic tools for network analytics.
• Analyze network performance and prepare strategic plans for infrastructure improvements.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to operations teams and customers.
• Review and execute network Change Management processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in network operations within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls, including HA and Virtual Contexts.
• Strong understanding of SDWAN, F5 LTM/GTM, VMWare Avi, and Aviatrix.
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS Cloud environments.
• Experience managing WAN circuits such as T1, Ethernet, and MPLS.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and EM7.
• Palo Alto Certification and FortiGate Certification.
