Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate, support, and improve global infrastructure services including LAN, WAN, Data Center, Voice & Video, and Public Cloud platforms
• Manage NOC infrastructure services to ensure delivery meets agreed service levels and operational standards
• Provide advanced configuration and troubleshooting for SD-WAN, Wireless LAN Controllers, Juniper Mist, VXLAN, Cisco ISE, and Firewalls
• Configure and maintain enterprise routing and switching technologies on Cisco and Juniper platforms
• Perform proactive network performance monitoring, optimization, and fault resolution
• Manage IP addressing, subnetting, and network segmentation using BlueCat DDI
• Support incident and major incident management, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
• Drive system upgrades, patches, and migrations to enhance network stability

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-8 years of IT experience in Networks, Cloud, or Voice, with at least 3 years in an advanced operations role
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent advanced industry certification (Juniper, AWS, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, and STP
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper networking devices and SD-WAN solutions
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues and excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience resolving major incidents and implementing infrastructure changes
• Ability to work independently on complex technical issues using a structured, methodical approach
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, ITIL, AWS, and Azure platforms
• Knowledge of voice traffic and CUCM server management
