Senior NetSuite Financial Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, configuration, and maintenance of NetSuite, Coupa, Boomi, and related integrations
• Manage user access, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and license management
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Support development, tracking, and reconciliation of IT CapEx and OpEx budgets
• Partner with Finance and FP&A teams for cost forecasting and variance analysis
• Lead and support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports

Requirements

• Must have experience as a systems admin for NetSuite
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance systems administration or IT operations
• Demonstrated experience supporting IT budgets and financial reporting
• Proven track record of managing technology projects across multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or Business Administration
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
• Experience in nonprofit, education, or multi-entity environments
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
