Senior NetSuite Developer

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite development supporting month-end close, including SuiteScript routines, scheduled jobs, saved searches, workflows, and reports
• Translate finance and accounting requirements into SuiteScript solutions, managing impacts on General Ledger, sub-ledgers, and multi-currency postings
• Manage scoped initiatives from concept to production, providing input into FRDs and TRDs
• Build, test, and deploy SuiteScript 2.x (User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, Client), SuiteFlow workflows, and customizations
• Partner with the wider Systems team to maintain platform coherence and align with integration and architecture decisions
• Mentor junior team members through code reviews, testing standards, and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
• Deep expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, saved searches, and SuiteQL
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles within NetSuite (journals, revenue recognition, intercompany eliminations, etc.)
• Proven experience supporting Finance teams through month-end close processes
• Ability to own projects end-to-end from scoping and design to UAT and deployment
• Excellent written communication skills for asynchronous work across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency NetSuite OneWorld environment
• Exposure to Celigo, BigQuery, Stripe, Airwallex, or Shopify integrations
• Experience working within a distributed systems or finance-systems team
