Senior .NET Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and scale robust back-end services using .NET Core/6/8 and Microservices architecture
• Integrate with third-party mortgage services including Credit reporting, AUS, Title, Appraisal, and DocuSign
• Ensure high security standards for PII and accuracy for complex financial calculations like Amortization, DTI, and LTV
• Lead the migration of legacy monolithic mortgage systems into cloud-native Azure or AWS environments
• Perform rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for CI/CD and unit testing

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience with the C# / .NET ecosystem
• Expert-level knowledge of Web API, RESTful services, and GraphQL
• Advanced SQL Server skills including complex stored procedures and performance tuning
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as CosmosDB or MongoDB
• Proven experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus) or AWS (Lambda, SQS, EC2)
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue
• Direct experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Encompass (ICE) or Empower
• Familiarity with MISMO XML industry standards
• Deep understanding of the mortgage lifecycle from Point of Sale to Secondary Marketing
