About the role
Responsibilities
- Create RESTful APIs using .NET 8 technologies
- Design endpoints, request/response structures, and authentication mechanisms
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth and JWT
- Develop and maintain microservices architectures
- Write unit tests with XUnit and perform debugging to provide timely resolutions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze application usage patterns
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in C# and .NET 8
- Deep expertise in microservices architectures
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS (App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database)
- Strong understanding of API design principles and RESTful API development
- Familiarity with ASP.NET Minimal API development
- Experience with Managed Identities and their usage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps
- Experience with unit, integration, and system testing methodologies
