Senior .NET Developer

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical direction of critical .NET systems across application and infrastructure layers
• Design and deliver cloud-native, distributed applications for mission-critical nuclear industry workflows
• Architect for scalability, observability, and resilience
• Lead complex initiatives spanning application code, data layers, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment environments
• Partner with product and leadership to translate business objectives into technical strategy
• Raise the engineering bar through rigorous code reviews and best practices
• Identify and eliminate systemic bottlenecks across code, pipelines, and environments

Requirements

• Full-system ownership mindset including infrastructure and reliability
• Fluency in Cloud and DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, cloud services)
• Experience with distributed systems design
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives with operational impact
• Technical leadership experience to influence architecture and engineering standards
