Senior .Net Core Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality code and test case scenarios using software craftsmanship principles to meet acceptance criteria
• Design and implement API micro-services and define rules for data access in collaboration with other development teams
• Deliver all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in alignment with Agile and IT craftsmanship principles
• Participate in team ceremonies, including agile practices and chapter meetings
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and partners regarding project progress
• Propose and implement solutions for automating repetitive and regular production activities

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in C# programming with a focus on object-oriented design
• Proficient with .NET Core 6+ and fundamental .NET Core concepts
• Experience with API micro-services development and PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of multi-threading concepts
• Solid knowledge of Test-driven development (TDD)
• Clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with messaging queues such as RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, or Apache Kafka
• Ability to perform level 2/level 3 production support and identify performance bottlenecks
• Experience in identifying production improvement areas and optimizing recurrent issues
• Ability to assist in developing team guidelines and maintaining production standards
