Senior NDE Technician

Responsibilities

• Obtain approval as MUT / PAUT / ToFD L-II from clients or end users by demonstrating technical expertise.
• Perform NDE examination setups, conduct examinations, and review raw data under the supervision of an NDE Engineer.
• Prepare advanced inspection reports as required.
• Support NDE Engineers (L-III) with calibration and demonstration requirements.
• Maintain an organized inventory of equipment, accessories, and calibration blocks.
• Independently execute NDE tasks as allocated by the department head.
• Liaise regularly with clients and department leadership to ensure smooth project progress.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience in NDE.
• 2+ years of post-qualification job experience as a PAUT L-II.
• 5+ years of job experience as a PCN UT (3.1 & 3.2) L-II.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Manual UT and PAUT across various materials including CS, SS, LTCS, P11, Inconel, and nickel-alloys.
• Strong working knowledge of international codes including ASME, AWS D.1, B31.3, API 1104, and ISO.
