Senior National Service Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and direct Thermal and Power Service activities across the ANZ region to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Oversee operational execution including breakdown calls, commissioning, installation, and regular maintenance.
• Manage the Service Sales pipeline to meet and exceed budget results and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Senior Service Director to prepare forecasts and manage the sales group’s P&L, including orders and SG&A.
• Lead and manage a team of Service Operations Managers across multiple states and New Zealand.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to expand Global Services offerings and addressing business improvement needs.
• Ensure compliance with all Work, Health & Safety (WHS), Environment, and Quality obligations.
• Maintain adequate spare stocks and materials through regular stock takes and inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management and leading diverse operational teams.
• Specialist knowledge in servicing critical infrastructure within a 24/7 environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasting and P&L management.
• Demonstrated skills in business process improvement and service management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Business Management, Trade, or Engineering qualifications are highly desirable.
