About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive growth in Revenue and Net Margin through best-in-class account management
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share for both the retailer and SharkNinja
- Manage customer profitability, new item strategies, and promotional spending within ROI goals
- Own Omni-Channel responsibilities including in-store placement and online penetration targets
- Perform financial analysis to drive profitable growth and contribution margin
- Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to optimize goods flow and forecasting
- Partner with Category Analysis teams to report POS and market trends
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of major account sales management or retail merchandising experience
- Previous Sam’s Club account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Retail Link or Scintilla
- Ability to travel up to 6 times per year
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Experience in durable goods categories
