Senior Named Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagement within the Australian Federal Government, driving platform adoption across the National Intelligence Community (ASD, Department of Defence, Home Affairs).
• Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships across all layers of the allocated Government segment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and territory leadership strategies for the Canberra region.
• Identify and manage relationships with strategic partners to create a force multiplier effect across the Commonwealth.
• Drive large-scale, transformational business development opportunities within a competitive market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Engineers and Professional Services to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Maintain rigorous business discipline regarding forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM hygiene.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Canberra with an established, respected presence within the local federal government ecosystem.
• Extensive experience in direct B2B sales, specifically within the Australian Public Sector.
• Nuanced understanding of government procurement, panel arrangements, and contracting flows.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
• Experience selling technology solutions in high-growth technology firms.
• Ability to translate complex technical principles (Application, Network, SASE, and AI) into value-driven outcomes.
• Willingness to actively engage with and experiment with AI tools.
