Senior MXDR Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain MXDR solutions to ensure customer environments are resilient against threats
• Assess customer needs and collaborate with stakeholders across various organizational levels
• Act as a technical resource for the SOC, assisting with Splunk alert logging interpretation
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as CPU spikes in CrowdStrike agents during DFIR engagements
• Assist Service Delivery Managers (SDM) in interpreting complex technical questions
• Provide technical consultancy to clients in both in-person and digital environments

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in MXDR, SIEM, and EDR tools
• Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, CrowdStrike, or SentinelOne
• Professional communication skills for customer-facing consultancy
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to multitask and handle technical depth alongside stakeholder management
